If you haven’t located your recipe by now, this is one I’ve made:

It is good. Uses a spring-form pan, not 9×13. Shortcuts here are 1) cheater phyllo topping & 2) advance prep, freezing, then baking when ready to serve. (But baking from frozen takes longer than indicated.) Reading More May Cause Envy…
