What to do with ground veal - other than meatballs and such?
Poor form to follow up to myself, I guess, but in case anyone else stumbles across this with the same question about ground veal on a BBQ, I figured I’d share something i put together tonight.
Combine:
About 1 pound ground veal
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
1/4 red onion, chopped fine
