Beet stalks--how to cook?
This was an excellent suggestion — I had a plate of buttery sautéed greens on long stems with little marble beets. The way i twirled my fork, it was like eating spaghetti and meat balls! I wished I had more than one bunch… Reading More May Cause Envy…
