Green Lobster stock?
So over the weekend my friends and I did a lobster bake – and I got the idea to use the steaming liquid for making risotto. But the liquid was really green and pungent smelling from the lobster tomalley…is there a good way to get lobster stock/steaming liquid without all Reading More May Cause Envy…
