Fresh vs. sprouted garlic
Most of the time I buy garlic from the supermarket, it turns out to be already starting to sprout a little. It’s only noticeable after I peel the garlic; it looks fine when I buy it though.
Does the sprouting signify that the garlic isn’t fresh? If so, how do Reading More May Cause Envy…
