Home Canning Question-Can you change the seasonings to a canning recipe?
I am making the Ball Basal Garlic Tomato Sauce recipe and wanted to add seasonings to it. I know the low-acidity/high-acidity rules, but I didn’t know how adding sugar, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic salt, and onion powder would effect things? Is it still safe to can?
