Making Liverwurst at Home
Anyone experimented with this? I found a couple threads asking for recipes, but that’s about it. I made my first batch yesterday. This is what I did:
1 lb pork liver
1.5 lb mixed pork shoulder and fat
4 tbls butter
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1.5 tsp rubbed sage
1.5 tsp ground marjoram
