How do I pan-cook salmon without it flaking off into bits
I’m new to cooking (recently moved out to college etc) and I tried salmon today. I added it with seasonings to a pan with oil, and trying flipping it etc. But the outer parts cooked really quickly and the inside wouldn’t cook at first for a long time, and then Reading More May Cause Envy…
