Cuban menu-need light starter.
I’m doing a Cuban menu in a couple of weeks. Definitely having ropa veja with black beans, rice and plantains. This was my favourite dish when I went to Cuba. Thinking of tres leche cake for dessert. Mojitos and Cuban beers for drinks.
I’m struggling though with a starter. It’s all Reading More May Cause Envy…
