Stuffed chicken - ice pack
For years I have spatchcocked (butterflied) my chickens. Both dark and white meat cook evenly that way. But I have a taste for stuffing, and while one can place it under a spreadeagled bird, I thought I might just keep the chicken intact and stuff the cavity. Reading More May Cause Envy…
