Attempting gefilte fish at home for the first time, advice please!
I decided this year I’ll take the plunge and attempt homemade gefilte fish. I’ve never made it before, although from the recipes it doesn’t look that crazy. Any advice or recipes that people have would be greatly appreciated. One question in particular that I have is regarding fish stock: if Reading More May Cause Envy…
