Unmolding a large tiramisu
I have to make a large tiramisu for 25 people. I was thinking of making it in a disposable lasagna pan but I want to unmold it and cut it I to clean squares. I will make a sabayon, marscapone and whipped cream stabilized with a little gelatin. Will Reading More May Cause Envy…
