Lima Beans (in the style of Charleston)
So I had my first Lima Bean Dinner in Charleston, and it’s one of the best things I’ve eaten. I can’t seem to find a recipe for exactly that (lots for beans, cow peas, etc.) I’m sure I could do it in the style of red beans and rice from Reading More May Cause Envy…
