Beef tenderloin freezing after cooked
I smoked a 7lb beef tenderloin 3 days ago & about half of it leftover in the refrigerator as one big roast, I didn’t carve it all. My question is can I freeze it now? Been cooked and in fridge for 3 days. I’d hate to see it go to Reading More May Cause Envy…
