I have tried many different methods and times, time being relevant to poundage. I cook at 225 degrees for 4-6 hours on my pellet grill and I like to truss and finishing for 3-4 hours on my Webers rotisserie at same temp. and glaze off last 30 minutes or so. Reading More May Cause Envy…
