Shrimp broth, how many times can you reuse?
Every 3 days? I would not keep it that long without freezing it, as bacteria grow fast in shellfish-contaminated foods, and I would certainly not re-use it more than once. I’d rather taste fresh flavors than old, stale ones. Reading More May Cause Envy…
