Bottarga variations
I have a bunch of she-crabs filled to the brim with roe. Lots of people down here like the roe just as much as the meat, but I wanted to experiment with it instead. I was wondering if bottarga could be made with crab roe? Anyone have any advice for Reading More May Cause Envy…
