Black Dots on Bok Choy
Question. Can’t find the answer anywhere. Just bought bok choy for a salad. cleaning it there are black flecks on the stalk. What are they? The BC looks good otherwise, nice white stalks (aside from dots) and green leaves. I’ve been scraping the dots off. Reading More May Cause Envy…
