I know you can buy packaged bagel chips, but I make my own.
Have a yard sale slicer and will buy a BIG bag-o bagels off the discount rack at store. Probably from that morning, NOT hard/stale, and less than half the price. I slice them as thin as Reading More May Cause Envy…
