what is the science behind keeping fat at room temp?
I recently posted a question about duck fat, and I keep bacon fat in a mug like grandma did…vegetable oils keep in the pantry not chilled even if opened…what is the science that explains why you can keep fats without being chilled? Reading More May Cause Envy…
