Scary Aga Shutdown
As a very proud (smug?) owner of an Aga cooker, I use my range every single day for making home-made broth, pasta sauce, quiche, sautéed greens, onion puree, dal, meatballs, toast, crackers, soups, roasts–you name it. But this summer I am forced into a full blown Aga shutdown.
