Chocolate for cakes, cupcakes - dutched or undutched?
How about bypassing the issue altogether and use a recipe that calls for chocolate instead? I posted this recently in another thread as my tried and true chocolate cake recipe. It makes perfect cupcakes, too. But definitely make them at least one day in advance, as the Reading More May Cause Envy…
