Caster sugar or icing sugar for shortbread cookies?
I’ve seen recipes using superfine sugar, some using icing sugar and I just wanted to know what’s the difference in the final product? Does it affect the taste or the texture or whatever? Thanks! xo Reading More May Cause Envy…
