National Potato Day - Tuesday, August 19th
So, next Tuesday is one of the two national potato days of the year, the second one coming up October 27th. There are many varieties of potatoes and many dishes out there that I haven’t tried but I thought I’d use this opportunity to make a potato dish that Reading More May Cause Envy…
