Name of dish? Grilled Green Onions with Romesco Sauce?
I saw an episode of Bourdain once where he was at a festival eating these. I believe he was in Italy but not sure.
Does anyone know the name of this dish or the name of the type of onion used? Reading More May Cause Envy…
