Fresh Breadcrumbs to Old-Fashioned Oats Conversion (for Meatloaf)
Does anyone happen to know the FRESH breadcrumbs to old-fashioned oats conversion? My meatloaf recipe currently calls for 6 oz. fresh breadcrumbs, or approx. 3 cups (per this* source). Does anyone know the equivalent in oats? And would you recommend letting them somewhat soften in the milk ahead of time? Reading More May Cause Envy…
