Spare Ribs instead of Short Ribs?
I have made this recipe for Braised Short Ribs before:

It came out great, but now I have a bunch of spare ribs and can only eat BBQ or dry rubbed so often. I was hoping I could make the same recipe but just substitute in spare ribs. Any ideas? Reading More May Cause Envy…
