scorched tomato sauce
We made a tomato sauce tonight with fresh home grown peppers, oregano and basil from the garden, and canned San Marzano tomatoes.
In the cooking process, on our crappy electric flat stove top (please Santa bring me a gas stove), we basically scorched the peppers that were on the bottom of Reading More May Cause Envy…
