Oven Lechon W/Skin
Hi it’s my first time cooking oven roasted lechon and it came out great! Meat is tender, fall off the bone and skin is very very crispy! I just happen to find this post because I want to know how to store the skin and keep its crisp. Reading More May Cause Envy…
