Ghost Peppers - what to do with them?
I’ve been lucky enough to find a local grocery store (A&P in Wall) that carries fresh Ghost Peppers. Consequently, I have had a chance to experiment with the little bastards for a coupla weeks now. Some of the highlights:
As noted before, chopped peppers and fresh melon chunks.
