Garden Tomatoes, Easiest/Quickest Way to Preserve?
I have about 10 pounds of freshly harvested round tomatoes that I need to do something with with, quick, before I lose them. I was thinking of cutting them in half, juicing & seeding them then cooking down, cooling, passing through a food mill then freezing. I would like not Reading More May Cause Envy…
