Help me create a soup-centered lunch menu
I’m having guests for lunch next week and I’d like to keep the menu simple: either soup and salad or soup and sandwich. I’ve got two soups in mind — either butternut squash soup garnished with toasted pepitas, or pasta e fagioli, which I can make with or Reading More May Cause Envy…
