Challah Troubleshooting!
Hi! So I’m having challah problems. I either do a double rise (dough rises, I punch down and braid, then rise again) and produce a beautiful flaky consistency BUT my braid disappears in the oven,
or
I skip the initial rise: braid, rise, and get a pretty braid but a denser Reading More May Cause Envy…
