Quinoa Hummus experiment
Trial and errors made for a very satisfying hummus style spread.
3 cups cooked quinoa
2 medium garlic cloves
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 to 3 cups water (adjust thickness as you blend, needs much more water than chickpeas)
1 table spoon kosher salt (to taste)
for garnish
olive oil, paprika
