Using Parchment Paper on Induction Stove to protect Surface when using heavy (cast iron) pans
I have used parchment paper, but most of the time it is easier to use a paper towel. With boiling water temperatures paper lasts until it gets grungy with spatters and spills. When frying or grilling, it tends to char after a while.
