ISO vegetarian one-dish recipe for new parents!
So a close friend has an 18-hour-old and they’ll be coming back from the hospital soon. I’d like to bring something yummy when I visit but am about as far from a vegetarian as it’s possible to get (and also have little to no experience with vegetarian food). Any suggestions?
