Venison Stroganoff using stew meat
My husband shot a deer this year(our first time) and I am doing my best to cook something that I haven’t had more than a handful of times in my entire life.
I ground up some of it with pork belly and pork shoulder to form a 60/40 venison/pork mixture that Reading More May Cause Envy…
