Preparing fruit cake-Help please!
I’d suggest Alton Brown’s “free-range” fruitcake recipe. It takes a little time and costs a little more for ingredients, but well worth the time and cost. It does NOT have those “alien” bits of whatever fruit they’re supposed to be. Lots of dried fruit… cherries, blueberries, currents, Reading More May Cause Envy…
