Hatch Chiles
So now that I live fairly close to the land o’ hatch, and my local farm store now has hatch chiles that they roast on site, I’m curious to try some. My regular store also has them right now too, unroasted. However, since I’ve never had them, I don’t quite Reading More May Cause Envy…
