Drying a salami
I read below that someone stated that the drying process took three months. I hung two small Hebrew National salamis in my kitchen three weeks ago and the salami dried perfectly in that time. There was no mold or yeast on the outter plastic skin. The end hanging at the Reading More May Cause Envy…
