Freeze shelled hard-cooked eggs?
No — I tried freezing Scotch eggs last summer.
They taste okay, but they delaminate and end up looking like an onion — layers and layers that peel away from each other.
Really, really weird, but definitely a lesson. Reading More May Cause Envy…
