Marinade for Angus Sirloin
Our butcher carries these strips of angus sirloin. Great meaty flavor and they are tender enough for family dinners, but we are having guests tonight. I would like a marinade that doesn’t impart much flavor (love the taste of the beef), but that will tenderize. Also, what Reading More May Cause Envy…
