Recipe(s) for pate de foie gras in aspic
I have found that I cannot buy pate de foie gras (either duck or goose) where I used to be able to get it. I would like to try (at least) making it on my own, but I cannot find actual recipes online. Does anyone have a recipe Reading More May Cause Envy…
