What is the best way to prepare jumbo lobster tails?
Harris Teeter in Charlotte is offering jumbo (16-20oz) tails for $24.99lb as a Valentines special. I just reserved 2 but I’ve never attempted to cook a tail that large.
My preference has always been to broil the tails but at this size I’m worried that they would be overcooked by using Reading More May Cause Envy…
