substitution advice on this please
Hi I want to cook this for Valentines Day.

I’m going to increase the quantities as the recipe is not all that detailed. But my question is Lamb is very expensive where I am, what cut of beef could I use in place of this or even chicken? Any advice is Reading More May Cause Envy…
