So how did everyone do yesterday??

I tried to “be good” but portion control is always my down fall. I indulged in one chicken wing and one stuffed mushroom. I then ate my weight of beet hummus and shrimp cocktail. I had about 6 nut-thin crackers with the hummus as Reading More May Cause Envy…
