homemade hollandaise? ?
I have tried to make hollandaise sauce 2 time now but it just doesn’t taste good all I can taste is butter.
How can I make it taste more like the hollandaise sauce you can buy in the supermarket??
The recipe I used was
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon water
60-120g butter
