Hatch Chiles - What's the big deal, and what do I do with them?
I was at Sprouts last night and they had fresh Hatch chiles for sale. They had both mild and hot varieties. I know many people are excited about these on the LA board, and are anxiously waiting to buy bags of roasted chiles. Oddly enough, I don’t think I’ve ever Reading More May Cause Envy…
