Lost Lamb Shoulder Chop Recipe
I know this is a longshot, but people around here can be pretty amazing…
The recipe was a reader-submitted recipe printed in Gourmet, therefore I can’t find it on Epicurious. It called for shoulder lamb chops, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar and you braised the chops for about 45 minutes, IIRC. Reading More May Cause Envy…
