How to avoid a "livery" flavor in ground beef ?
I shopped for decades at a small market because their ground meat was so much better than the “giant ” market. Then, last year the taste of the meat changed .i woud have said tasteless and dense sort of sandy but, yes, livery would describe it perfectly. It now tastes Reading More May Cause Envy…
